Orient Express is moving beyond train tracks and into luxury adventures at sea.

The 722 feet (220m) long Orient Express Corinthian will set sail for the first time in June 2026 for a summer filled with voyages around the Mediterranean, from two-night jaunts to fourteen-day escapes. Sailings on the first itineraries include trips around the French Riviera, the Italian Riviera, the Amalfi Coast and the Adriatic Coast, before sailing west across the Atlantic to the sunny Caribbean in October, where it will stay until March.
The interiors on board this expansive vessel have been inspired by the legacy of the original Orient Express train, using elegant French craftsmanship, creating an elegant design that combines historic grandeur with contemporary requirements.
Orient Express Corinthian is not only the world’s largest sailing yacht by length, but it is also equipped with three towering masts that stand at approximately 328 feet and support over 16,000 square feet of rigid sails. It is also the first sailing yacht to be equipped with the SolidSail propulsion system, says Robb Report. This nifty setup enables the masts to be tilted and rotated to maximize the wind, thereby reducing fuel consumption, lowering operating costs, and increasing efficiency.
Despite its enormous scale, Orient Express Corinthian only offers 54 suites (with the largest being 2,476-square-feet), but they all have expansive picture windows or terraces, as well as elevated ceilings, giving passengers a sense of space that is rare when travelling on vessels. And, as the culinary experience is part of the Orient brand, the yacht also features five restaurants plus some private dining spaces.
Two pools and a marina platform allow for swimming and water sports, whilst the interior also incorporates a cabaret theatre, cinema, and a games room. Naturally, wellness experiences will also be available on board at the salon, barber, spa and gym. Rather surprisingly, the yacht promises to have a state-of-the-art recording studio too.
