That's according to Keith Richards' son Marlon who revealed the news in a recent interview.

In 2023, the band released their 24th studio record, Hackney Diamonds - which earned them the ‘Best Rock Album’ award at the Grammys 2025. It marked their first full-length effort since 2005’s A Bigger Bang.
During an interview for the new Rolling Stones edition of Record Collector, actor and film producer Marlon Richards - son of guitarist Keith - was asked what the group were up to currently. “They’re in town right now, recording,” he responded. “They’re in Chiswick [West London] or somewhere like that; I think they’re nearly done. They still maintain these ridiculous hours: after lunch until, like, two in the morning." Adding that “They gave them a Grammy, so now they’re all hyped up on that: ‘Oh, yeah - we can do another one like that! We’ve got more like that if you want…’"
“Originally, the plan was for them to bring their huge US tour to the UK and Europe this summer but promoters couldn’t get the dates to work,” a source told The Sun. “Instead the Stones decided to get back into the studio and put down their next album.
Ahead of Hackney Diamonds being released, Jagger told The New York Times that he wouldn’t consider it to be the “last Rolling Stones album”, because the members were already around “three-quarters through the next one”. In November 2023, Keith Richards told NME that there was “plenty more stuff left over”. He added: “There’ll always be another [album] until we drop… This is what we do. We’ve gotta see this Rolling Stones through.”
In 2023, thanks to Hackney Diamonds, The Rolling Stones surpassed The Beatles as the band with the UK's most chart-topping studio albums. If you would like to refresh your memory on the retro-cool video (featuring Sydney Sweeney) of the Stones' first single off Hackney Diamonds click here
