Queen's Birthday Salute

Trooping the Colour 2020: Queen's official birthday celebrated with Royal Salute at Windsor Castle after Trooping the Colour was cancelled - for only the second time during the Queen's reign - due to the coronavirus.

Just 20 soldiers from the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards took part, under the commanding eye of Lieutenant Colonel Henry Llewelyn-Usher, socially distancing 2.2m apart with specially adapted manoeuvres to suit the new Covid-19-appropriate regime.
