World's First Classic Electric Bentley

Lunaz, the UK based company, has blessed the automotive world with this beautiful 1961 Bentley Continental S2 Flying Spur.

Remember Lunaz? Last year we featured their beautiful transformation of a 1961 Rolls-Royce Phantom V. Basically, the company is obsessed with restoring classic cars, including Range Rovers and Jaguars, and installing electric drive-trains to clean up their eco credentials.

At the back-end of last year Lunaz said that they were going to reveal a classic Bentley due to “overwhelming customer demand”. Now they have unveiled the fully-electric 1961 Bentley S3 Continental Flying Spur - an electric paradise on wheels.

Lunaz restores these classic cars by stripping them to their bare bones, then 3D-scanning them and putting their ‘proprietary electric powertrain’ in to them, and then rebuild the entire car by hand.

Don't be fooled by its classic look because this Bentley has all the creature comforts one could ever want in a car. This electric Bentley has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, infotainment, sat nav and Apple Car Play. What's more, Lunaz has also blessed the Bentley with beefed up brakes and suspension and power steering. Inside the car you will find hand-restored walnut and lots of leather.

S1, S2 two and four-door S3 variants are available and, whichever model you fancy, it will cost you north of £350,000 ($490,000).
